Troubleshooting¶

I cannot see an expected action¶

Check that:

• you are on the correct project, visit, dataset, or job
• your permission summary includes Can Edit
• the object is in a state where the action is valid
• required source data, mapping, or labels are present

My CoralNet import has no confirmed points¶

Open the dataset’s Returned scopes and Artifact inventory. If the confirmed artifact is present with zero items, CoralNet returned an empty confirmed subset. Use all available annotations only if that is scientifically appropriate.

Imported points do not cover all selected images¶

Remove uncovered images, choose generated points, or explicitly accept partial coverage when the workflow allows it. A job cannot use imported points when coverage is zero.

A site-visit attachment is stale¶

The existing visit remains pinned to its original snapshot. Use Create updated SiteVisit if you need a successor based on the latest successful import.

A job says completed but results look wrong¶

Completed describes processing state, not accuracy. Confirm the input images, labelset, point method, counts, and model scope. Review suspicious outputs and preserve evidence before rerunning.

Images are missing or unreadable¶

Check upload readiness, filenames, browser network stability, and whether the files open at full size. Do not launch a job until the intended input set is ready.

Get help¶

Open Support from the account menu. Include:

• the page URL
• the human-readable project, visit, dataset, or job name
• current status and time
• what you expected
• a screenshot without credentials or sensitive data
