Statuses and permissions¶

Common statuses¶

Status	Meaning	What to do
Draft	Configured but not fully run	Check inputs and start when ready
Running	Processing is active	Wait; avoid duplicate submission
Ready	Inputs are prepared for the next action	Open the job and continue
Completed	Processing finished	Review scientific quality
Failed	Processing stopped with an error	Read the message, verify inputs, retry or contact support
Current	Attachment uses the dataset’s latest successful snapshot	Continue normally
Stale	A newer dataset snapshot exists	Keep for reproducibility or create an updated successor

Indicator	Meaning
Can View	You can inspect the object and available results
Can Edit	You can change the object or workflow where actions are enabled
Inherited Sharing	Access comes through a parent object, usually the project
Private	Access is limited to explicitly authorized users

If an expected action is absent, confirm you are on the correct object and have edit permission before assuming the platform is broken.
